Every product is printed and finished in-house at our New York facility, so a single team controls color, stock, and finishing from file to delivery. VSL Print — formerly Varick Street Litho — has been a family-owned NYC shop since 2009, running offset, digital, and large-format equipment under one roof. That keeps proofs consistent, turnaround fast, and quality accountable to one point of contact.

Why VSL Print

We've been a working NYC print shop since 2009, and our equipment, color standards, and finishing all live in one building. That combination is why clients trust us with deadline-driven runs and detail-heavy brand work alike. VSL Print has produced printing for Broadway and theater productions and for brands including Meta's Ray-Ban, Touchland, and Belvedere Vodka, and was featured on CNBC's The Profit with Marcus Lemonis.

How Your Job Gets Printed

The right press depends on quantity, stock, and turnaround. We run three production methods in-house and match each project to the one that delivers the best color, cost, and speed. If you're unsure, our team specs it for you when you request a quote.

Offset Lithography

Sheet-fed offset for large runs where unit cost and color fidelity matter. Ideal for catalogs, brochures, and corporate stationery printed on premium uncoated, gloss, or silk stocks.

Best for 500+ pieces

Digital Printing

Toner and inkjet digital presses handle short runs, variable data, and rush jobs with no plates. Perfect for business cards, flyers, and personalized direct mail.

Best for 1-500 pieces

Large Format

Wide-format flatbed and roll-to-roll output for banners, posters, window graphics, and rigid signage on vinyl, foam board, acrylic, and fabric.

Up to building-wrap scale

Stocks, inks, and turnaround

Standard card stocks run 14pt and 16pt in gloss, matte, or silk lamination, with 32pt ultra-thick and 100% cotton available for premium business cards. Text-weight and cover papers span coated gloss and silk, smooth uncoated, kraft, and recycled options. We print full CMYK process color plus Pantone spot inks for exact brand matching, and finish with aqueous, UV, and soft-touch coatings. Rush production covers business cards, flyers, postcards, small posters, and basic booklets; multi-page catalogs and custom packaging follow a longer production schedule that we confirm with your quote, with rush available when a deadline demands it.

Premium Finishing Options

Specialty finishes turn a printed piece into something people keep. From subtle soft-touch lamination to bold foil stamping, our in-house bindery handles every step, so finishing never gets shipped to an outside vendor or adds days to your timeline. The same care that goes into work for brands like Porsche, Gucci, and Belvedere Vodka goes into every order, whatever the size.

  • Foil stamping in gold, silver, and custom colors
  • Embossing and debossing for texture
  • Soft-touch lamination for premium feel
  • Spot UV coating for contrast
  • Die-cutting for custom shapes
  • Edge painting for colored edges

Print Products NYC

Print Products for New York City Businesses

From a single set of business cards to a citywide catalog program, we print the full range of products New York City businesses order: business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, booklets, catalogs, presentation folders, posters, signage, packaging, invitations, and direct mail. Each product comes with real options — sizes, stocks, finishes, and quantities — so the piece fits the job rather than forcing the job to fit a template.

Every product is printed in full color on our digital and offset presses, with G7 color standards color that stays consistent across reprints and across formats, so your business card, brochure, and banner all match. We print standard sizes for fast, economical turnarounds and custom sizes when a design calls for it, and we will recommend the format and stock that give the best result for the budget.

Finishes are where a printed product earns a second look. Soft-touch and gloss lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, die-cutting, edge painting, and rounded corners are all produced in-house, so adding a premium finish does not mean shipping the job to an outside vendor or adding days to the schedule. Whether you need a clean, standard product or a high-touch piece with multiple finishes, it is handled under one roof.

Ordering is meant to be easy. Many standard products — business cards, flyers, postcards — can ship on a rush turnaround, and larger jobs are scheduled around your deadline. Send a print-ready file or let our in-house design team build it, request a quote, and you will have clear pricing and turnaround before you commit. There is no minimum, so a proof of one and a run of ten thousand are both easy to order.

New York City studios, agencies, retailers, restaurants, real-estate firms, and nonprofits use us for the products that carry their brand, and the same in-house team handles design, print, and finishing on every order. Whatever you need printed, send your files or request a free quote and we will produce it fast, in full color, and finished exactly the way the project needs.
