Window Graphics

Window Graphics

Storefront branding, frosted privacy film, and full window wraps applied to glass and curtain wall. We work with cast and calendered vinyls, perforated one-way film, and optically clear static cling so your displays read sharp from the sidewalk without trapping bubbles or lifting at the edges.

Wall Murals

Wall Murals

Large-scale wall graphics for offices, lobbies, retail, and events. We install peel-and-stick fabric, smooth and textured wall vinyl, and repositionable wallpaper, and we surface-prep painted drywall, brick, and concrete so the adhesive bonds cleanly and comes down later without damage.

Vehicle Wraps

Full and partial wraps for cars, trucks, vans, and fleets using premium cast wrap films with air-release liners. Our installers post-heat and seal seams and rivets so the graphics conform to compound curves and hold up to washing, weather, and daily road use.

How Our Installations Work

A clean install is mostly preparation. We measure twice, prep the surface, and match the material to the job before a single graphic goes up. Here's how a typical project moves from survey to sign-off.

1

Site Survey & Measurement

Before anything prints, we measure the actual surfaces, note obstructions like seams, rivets, vents, and mullions, and confirm substrate condition. Accurate field measurements are what keep a 40-foot wrap from coming up an inch short.

2

File Prep & Production

Artwork is built at scale or proportionally with bleed, then printed in-house on UV and latex large-format presses and laminated for abrasion and UV protection. Producing and installing under one roof means the material is matched to the install before it ships.

3

Surface Prep

Glass, walls, and vehicle panels are cleaned with the right solvents, degreased, and dried so adhesive bonds fully. Skipping this step is the most common cause of edge lift and failed installs, so we never rush it.

4

Installation & Inspection

Crews apply graphics with squeegees, heat, and the wet or dry method suited to the film, then post-heat seams and walk the finished work with you. We inspect for bubbles, alignment, and registration before the job is signed off.

Materials Matched to the Surface

The film is half the job. Choosing the wrong vinyl for a curved vehicle panel or a textured wall is what causes graphics to bubble, lift, or fade early. Because we print and finish in-house in NYC, we can spec the exact material, adhesive, and laminate a surface needs before the job ever ships to the crew.

Calendered vinyls are cost-effective for flat surfaces like storefront glass and simple wall panels. Cast vinyls are thinner, more conformable, and the right call for vehicle wraps and any surface with rivets or compound curves. We add UV-stable overlaminates on exterior work for abrasion resistance and color hold, and use perforated one-way film when a window needs graphics on the outside and visibility from the inside.

Signage Installation NYC

Signage & Graphics Installation in New York City

Printing a great sign is only half the job — it still has to go up cleanly, safely, and in the right place. VSL Print handles professional signage and graphics installation across New York City, with years of experience mounting work we produce in-house, so the same team that prints your graphics also installs them.

We install every type of large-format graphic we produce: building and facade signage, storefront and window graphics, lobby and wall signs, vehicle wraps, trade show and event displays, and retail displays. Whether it is a single window decal or a full building wrap, our installers handle the surfaces, sizes, and access each job requires. Permitted exterior work runs through our dedicated building sign installation team, DOB filings included.

Our crews work with the materials and conditions of real New York spaces — brick, glass, metal, and drywall, indoors and out, at street level or several stories up. We handle site surveys, substrate prep, precise alignment, and a clean finish, and we coordinate timing around building access and business hours so installation does not disrupt your operations. Removal and replacement of old graphics is part of the service too.

Because we print and cut the graphics ourselves, the files are built for installation from the start — correct bleeds, panel seams planned for the wall, and materials chosen to suit the surface. That makes our installers experts on the exact pieces they are mounting, and it removes the gap between a print vendor and a separate install company where jobs usually go wrong.

From retail and hospitality to corporate offices, real estate, and events, New York businesses come to us when graphics need to be produced and installed by one accountable team. Tell us about the space, the surface, and the timeline, and we will help plan the install and provide a free quote that covers production and installation together.

Signage comes in many materials, and each type installs differently. We produce and mount dimensional letters in aluminum, brass, and acrylic, painted and brushed metal finishes, printed and cut vinyl, foam and PVC panels, fabric graphics, and backlit illuminated signs. The material affects everything from the mounting hardware to the way color and finish hold up over time, so we match the substrate to the location — weather-resistant aluminum and painted finishes for exterior storefronts, cleaner acrylic and vinyl for interior walls and lobbies.

Installation prices depend on the size of the graphic, the material, the surface, the height, and the number of signs, so there is no single price for every job. The best way to start is to tell us your idea and your needs — send dimensions, photos of the space, or just a rough description — and we will scope the production and the install together and provide a clear quote up front, with no surprises once the crew arrives in the city.

A clean install is mostly preparation. Our crews carry the right tools for each surface, ensure the layout is measured and leveled before anything is fixed in place, and protect the surrounding area while they work. We coordinate timing so a storefront or office is disrupted as little as possible, and we stand behind the finished result — which gives you the peace of mind that a sign that took weeks to design and print goes up right the first time.

Yes, all our installation crews are fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation.

Yes, we offer after-hours and weekend installation for retail locations, offices, and other venues where daytime installation is disruptive.

Yes, we have crews certified for high-rise work with access to scaffolding, lifts, and rigging equipment for building-scale projects.

Exterior signage, scaffolding wraps, and many storefront installs in NYC require permits and have to follow Department of Buildings and zoning rules. We can advise on what your project needs and coordinate with your sign permit expeditor so the install stays compliant.

A full wrap on a standard car or van is scheduled when you book, including the time the film needs to relax and cure. We ask that the vehicle arrives clean and dry, and we recommend leaving it indoors at room temperature for a full day after install before washing.

We install on glass, painted drywall, brick, concrete, metal, laminate, and most vehicle panels. Textured or freshly painted surfaces need extra prep or cure time, and we will flag during the site survey if a wall needs sealing or a primer before vinyl will bond reliably.

Yes. We remove existing wraps, window film, wall vinyl, and signage, then clean off residual adhesive so the surface is ready for new graphics. Removal is often quoted alongside the new install so the whole changeover happens in one visit.

No. We install graphics we print and graphics produced elsewhere. That said, printing and installing together gives you one point of contact, material matched to the surface, and coordinated scheduling, which usually means a faster, cleaner result.

It depends on the film and the environment. Interior wall and window graphics commonly hold up for several years, while exterior wraps and facade graphics are rated by film type and sun exposure. We spec cast films and protective laminates on outdoor work to extend durability and color stability.
