Consultation & Design

Production & Print
Graphics are printed on the right substrate for your display system — dye-sublimated fabric for SEG frames, UV-printed rigid panels, or latex-printed vinyl. Everything is color-matched, inspected, and finished to show-quality standards.
Pre-Show Assembly
We test-fit every graphic into its frame or display system before your event. For custom exhibits, we do a full dry assembly in our facility. You see the finished product before it arrives at the venue. No surprises on show day.
Delivery & Installation
We deliver directly to the venue, handle union labor coordination if required, install your graphics, and do a final walkthrough. After the show, we can dismantle, pack, and store your displays for next time.

The right trade show graphic starts with the right material. The booth system, the lighting in the hall, and how many times you plan to reuse the display all change what we print on. Tension Fabric & SEG
For most modern booths we dye-sublimate onto 200–260 gsm polyester stretch fabric. The dye-sublimation process bonds ink into the fiber rather than sitting on top of it, so colors stay saturated, the fabric stays soft enough to fold and ship in a soft case, and there is no surface glare under bright hall lighting. Graphics finish with a sewn silicone edge (SEG) that snaps into an aluminum extrusion frame for a seamless, edge-to-edge wall. Pillowcase pulls are an option for double-sided towers and hanging structures.
Rigid Panels & Direct Print
Counters, headers, kiosks, and hard-wall panels are UV-printed directly onto rigid substrates: 3mm and 6mm PVC (Sintra), aluminum composite (Dibond), foam board for short-run interior signage, and acrylic for premium reception-style pieces. UV-cured inks come off the press dry and scratch-resistant, so panels can be CNC-cut, routed, and mounted the same day. For dimensional logos and lettering we cut from PVC or acrylic and stand them off the wall.
Backlit & Vinyl
Lightbox displays use backlit polyester or backlit film tuned for even light diffusion, so LED hotspots don't show through your artwork. For floor decals and large environmental graphics we use latex- or UV-printed vinyl with a textured anti-slip laminate that meets venue traffic requirements. Adhesive vinyl, cling, and removable films cover column wraps, glass, and last-minute branding that has to come down clean at move-out.
Durability & Reuse
Trade show graphics live a hard life: packed, freighted, set, struck, and packed again. SEG fabric is wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable, so a fabric wall can travel a full season of shows and still look new. Hardware is built to be reused while only the printed graphic gets swapped — when your messaging or year changes, we reprint the fabric or panel and you keep the frame. We can store your hardware and graphics between shows so the kit is ready to pull and ship for the next date.
File Prep, Color & Turnaround
Build large-format artwork in CMYK at 150 DPI at full size (or 300 DPI at half scale) with at least 0.5" of bleed, and keep critical text and logos inside a safe margin so nothing is lost where fabric tucks into the frame channel. Vector logos and outlined fonts reproduce sharpest at booth scale. Because we are G7-calibrated and run every job through one in-house color process — offset, digital, and large format under one roof — the blue in your printed banner matches the blue on your business cards and lobby sign. We confirm the trade show production schedule with your quote; rush options exist for banner stands and pop-up walls when files are print-ready, which matters when a show date will not move.
